Registration for our Strength and Conditioning training sessions are now open. The Strength and Conditioning program is the next progression in rising 8th graders through high schoolers athletic training. Athletes must take either the Beginning Speed & Agility or Advanced Speed and Agility program prior to registering for this program.
There are 2-day (Monday/Wednesday and Tuesday/Thursday), 3-day (Monday/Wednesday/Friday or Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday), and 4-day programs (Monday/Tuesday/Thursday/Friday).
Note: This program can be taken by signing up for individual sessions/times or the Strength and Conditioning monthly subscription options.
For subscription registration, select the subscription option you want (2, 3, or 4 day), enter in payment information, and then select the dates you will attend (i.e. all the Mondays and Wednesdays for the Monday/Wednesday 2-day program) and click ‘Add a time…’ on the popup menu. The same steps should be followed for Tuesday/Thursday as well as the 3-day and 4-day programs. Please reach out to email@example.com for any registration assistance.
