Although we are heavily focused on speed, athletes need to be strong. Our strength and conditioning program
emphasizes the development of strength that athletes can transfer and utilize in their sport – functional strength. Our individually tailored S&C program focuses on building functional strength by teaching proper technique, appropriate exercise variation, and individual progression.
This program is targeted for rising 8th graders through high school and is offered on a subscription basis and athletes can train 2,3, or 4 times/week which allows athletes to scale up/down sessions depending on age (biological and training years), in-season vs off-season, as well as individual goals.
